WHAT IS IT?

The Will Power Body Fat Challenge is a 6-week, fully-guided program of certified instructor-led group fitness classes, personalized nutrition coaching, consultation access to NASM Certified Personal Trainers and state of the art InBody body fat measurement to take the guess work out of fat loss and deliver noticeable and measurable results.

IS THERE A PRIZE FOR THE WINNER?

Yes! The winner gets $500 CASH! Winner is decided by MOST % OF BODY FAT LOST PLUS % OF MUSCLE GAINED. This method ensures equity between gender & differences in individual physical condition.

We’ve teamed up with Kelly Lynne of Kelly Lynne Fitness, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach & motivational leader who’s helped hundreds of people change the shape of their bodies through significant body fat loss. Kelly is also offering specials on fully curated meal prep options through her company, FlexPrep!

  3. Select “View Pricing” and choose “Body Fat Challenge”
  4. Once we’ve received your registration, we will email you details for the kickoff event (make sure to register with your email address in Mindbody)!

WHAT CLASSES ARE OFFERED?

With 18 classes a week offering morning, mid-day and evening options, you’re guaranteed to find flexibility in scheduling all while enjoying variety in your workouts. Program participants can attend as many classes as they like!

POWER HOUR

50-55 MINUTES
Our signature class! Combining high intensity, time-based programs with slightly more complex muscle movements, Power Hour delivers a full-body workout that burns fat and sculpts muscle all while developing new workout skills. Think CrossFit without Olympic bars or gymnastics.

WILL POWER BOOT CAMP

50-55 MINUTES
These unique, circuit-style classes will deliver a whole-body workout using high and low intensity impact training techniques to burn fat, increase endurance and build strength.

SWEAT

50-55 MINUTES
The name says it all! These unique classes focus on a combination of classic HIIT workouts with added muscle building components to keep your fat burners going all day long! These classes will get your heart-rate up and fat burners on full blast!
