WHAT IS IT?
The Will Power Body Fat Challenge is a 6-week, fully-guided program of certified instructor-led group fitness classes, personalized nutrition coaching, consultation access to NASM Certified Personal Trainers and state of the art InBody body fat measurement to take the guess work out of fat loss and deliver noticeable and measurable results.

With 18 classes a week offering morning, mid-day and evening options, you’re guaranteed to find flexibility in scheduling all while enjoying variety in your workouts. Program participants can attend as many classes as they like!
WILL POWER BOOT CAMP
Our Boot Camp classes are designed to build endurance while achieving maximum calorie burn! In this class, we combine high-intensity aerobic & classic, calisthenics-based programming to deliver a phenomenal cardio workout without skimping on building muscle strength and tone. Workouts are focused on simple, uncomplicated movements to increase heart rate for accelerated calorie burn while building endurance to increase you energy level throughout the day. Using your own body weight, these fun and fast-paced classes include upper, lower and core strength movements for a full-body workout. Every class is individually programmed and no two classes are the same! No boring, recycled workouts here!
Our Power Strength classes are programmed to build strength, define muscles and increase overall body tone. Using multiple muscle groups together, simultaneously, this class delivers a full-body workout that goes beyond cardio to deliver a more lean, sculpted physique. Workouts are focused on improving strength & endurance to not only yield results in physical appearance, but also increase energy levels and create a stronger, more capable body to move through your daily life. These classes are appropriate for people of ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Movements will be modified with the help of your coach to be more or less challenging as you progress over time.
SATURDAY WORKSHOP SERIES
Kicking off in Summer 2022, we will be offering a series of special, 6-week workshops. Each will focus on a specific skill, goal or area of the body and will compliment our full calendar of existing classes. Follow our IG page or call us for information on the current series: @willpowercommunityfitness. Use the MindBody app to reserve your spot! Each series will have a common focus related to working through common and/or individual physical limitations. In these series’ we’ll address range of motion challenges, form improvements, flexibility and other specialized topics that will help you push beyond your body’s current physical capabilities. Take all 6 weekly classes, or drop in at any point during the series. Regardless of your current fitness level, these workshops will increase your capabilities in any type of physical exercise.
Our SWEAT classes are early morning and a perfect mix of progressive strength training and circuits, so you can get a balanced workout Monday – Friday. The strength training will include barbell, dumbbell and machines as needed. Our circuits will be high intensity and FUN. These classes are appropriate for people of ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Movements will be modified with the help of your coach to be more or less challenging as you progress over time. During the challenge weeks, we will have benchmark workouts as well, so you can test your fitness over the course of 6 weeks.
